1. A copy of the student identity proof of the current academics year must be sent.

2. More than one entry can be submitted

3. Each entry has to have an official entry form ( photograph to be attached)

4. The festival does not take responsibility of any damage done to any materials sent.

5. Only VCD and DVD format will be accepted, entries in any other format will be disqualified.

6. At least 1 duplicate copy of the entry should be submitted along with the original.

7. All entries should have the given registration code written on the CD's

8. The festival is permitted to retain videotape or DVD copies of each file selected, or part of our festival library.

9. Titles produced in languages other than English must have legible English subtitles.

10. The films should not hurt religious, cultural or racial sentiment

11. The film should not contain any offensive language.

12. The film should not have any sexual or explicit content .

13. The entrant will have to bear all the SHIPPING COSTS involving any material sent to the festival.

14. All filmmakers will be notified regarding nominations via e-mail.

15. The decisions made by the shortlisting committee and the jury will be final .
